Viable cells, unperturbed phenotypes, better clonal propagation

Single Reservoir
Our most versatile array, suitable for any application.
Sizes:
100 x 100 microns microwells
- 40k CellRafts® Per Array
200 x 200 microns microwells
- 10k CellRafts Per Array
Quad Reservoir
Four individual reservoirs make this array the best choice for:
- Clonal expansion and colony selection for parallel gene editing and cloning
- Multivariable treatments and differing media applications

- 1,600 CellRafts Per Reservoir
- 6,400 CellRafts in Overall Array
HexaQuad Reservoir
Up to 24 individual reservoirs make this array the best choice for:
- High throughput CRISPR screening, clonal expansion and colony selection
- On-array functional assays and dosing studies

Using data from the CytoSort Array on your computer
No need to tie up the system computer analyzing images and data. Users can see all of their project information on their own computer. Each CellRaft within the CytoSort® Array has a unique address, describing its row and column position within the array. The user simply generates a list of addresses in a Microsoft Excel-style spreadsheet and directly imports it into the AIR™ System software on their personal computer.
The user can even choose the cells they wish to collect later from their personal computer. Just load the array and saved file back into the AIR imaging platform, and push go. The AIR System will collect the cells as though the array never left the platform.
Download our “Off the Air” software demo to see images, data, and the capabilities on your own computer.
Using the CytoSort Array on your microscope
The CytoSort Array can be imaged on any inverted microscope in brightfield, fluorescence, or confocal modes. Releasing and collecting target CellRafts from the CytoSort Array can be accomplished using the CellRaft System for Inverted Microscopes, a special accessory that fits most inverted microscopes.
