Terms & Conditions – 90-Day Free Use of the CellRaft AIR System Giveaway

1.Eligibility

This giveaway (“Promotion”) is open to individuals who are at least 21 years of age and currently employed at, or affiliated with, a recognized research institution, university, or biotechnology company located within the United States.

Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Cell Microsystems, Inc. (“Sponsor”) are not eligible to participate.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins on December 10, 2025 and ends on January 31, 2026 (“Promotion Period”).

Entries submitted before or after the Promotion Period will not be considered.

3. How to Enter

To enter, eligible participants must:

  1. Complete the online entry form available at cellmicrosystems.com/clonechallenge.
  2. Provide accurate contact information and a brief description of how access to the CellRaft AIR System would benefit their research.


Limit one (1) entry per lab or research group. Duplicate or incomplete entries will be disqualified.

4. Prize

Three (3) winning labs will receive:

  • 90 days of free use of a CellRaft AIR™ System installed at their facility, including installation and training support;
  • Exclusive starter kit offered at a reduced cost, customized for your application
  • Technical and applications support during the 90-day period.


The approximate retail value of the prize is approximately $15,000.

The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash or credit.

At the end of the 90-day period, the system must be returned to Cell Microsystems unless other arrangements are made under a separate agreement.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

Entries will be reviewed by a panel of Cell Microsystems representatives.

Selection will be based on:

  • Scientific merit or innovation of the proposed research,
  • Relevance to single-cell or clonal workflows, and
  • Feasibility of system placement and use within the proposed lab environment.

The winners will be notified via email by February 15, 2026.

If a winner does not respond within 10 business days, an alternate winner may be selected.

6. Conditions of Participation

By entering, participants agree to:

  • Allow Cell Microsystems to contact them via email or phone regarding the Promotion;
  • Permit use of their lab’s name and a brief project description in promotional materials, contingent upon written consent;
  • Maintain and operate the system according to Cell Microsystems’ provided protocols and safety guidelines.


Participants are responsible for ensuring that acceptance of the prize does not violate their institution’s policies on receiving equipment, gifts, or research materials.

7. Data Privacy

Information collected during the Promotion will be used solely for the purpose of administering the giveaway and may be used for future marketing communications from Cell Microsystems, in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Participants may opt out of communications at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

Cell Microsystems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Promotion or use of the prize.

By accepting the prize, the winner acknowledges that use of the CellRaft AIR System is at their own risk and subject to standard warranty and service terms.

9. General Terms

Cell Microsystems reserves the right to:

  • Modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time for any reason;
  • Substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary;
  • Disqualify any entry that violates these Terms & Conditions or appears to involve fraudulent activity.


All decisions by Cell Microsystems regarding the Promotion are final and binding.
