In this poster, we spotlight the journeys of the six recipients of our 2023 Clone Challenge Grant Giveaway, highlighting the clone challenges they faced and how our team of scientists helped them overcome these obstacles. Each selected applicant sent us their sensitive cells, allowing our team to seed, culture, and image them over time to form monoclonal colonies from single cells using CellRaft® Technology. Clones matching the desired phenotypic characteristics were isolated using the automated CellRaftA microscale polystyrene growth surface within an array used to spatially segregate cells/colonies while maintaining shared media access, enabling imaging over time and targeted isolation. AIR® System, then expanded and shipped back to the applicants.
