Publication: Lysophosphatidic acid suppresses apoptosis of high-grade serous ovarian cancer cells by inducing autophagy activity and promotes cell-cycle progression via EGFR-PI3K/Aurora-AThr288-geminin dual signaling pathways

In this study the CERO 3D Incubator & Bioreactor was used to culture A2780 cells and OVCAR5 spheroids in suspension. The researchers showed that LPA can suppress apoptosis of high-grade serous ovarian cancer cells by inducing autophagy activity and promote cell-cycle progression via EGFR-PI3K/Aurora-AThr288-geminin dual signaling pathways. The study provides potential targets for enhancing the clinical benefit of HGSOC precision medicine.
