Publication: Loss of cell cycle gatekeeping by CNOT3 impairs hematopoietic stem and progenitor cell division and repopulating activity

In this study, CellRaft AIR was used to isolate and track single hematopoietic stem and progenitor cell (HSPC) clones over time, enabling researchers to directly link genetic perturbations (loss of CNOT3) to functional outcomes at the clonal level. By supporting image-based verification of monoclonal outgrowth and longitudinal monitoring, the platform allowed precise assessment of how CNOT3 deficiency impacts cell division, viability, and repopulating capacity. This single-cell–derived colony tracking was critical for demonstrating that loss of CNOT3 disrupts cell cycle control and impairs expansion of functional HSC clones.
