In this investigation, Gakhar et al. leveraged a BioFlux Shear Flow System to examine the interaction of patient-derived circulating tumor cells (CTCs) with endothelial E-selection under physiological shear flow. The group found that an anti-E-selectin antibody was capable of reducing CTC-E-selectin interactions.
